The EU-funded Transforming Supply Chain Planning – Market Analysis Project aims to enhance the capacity of humanitarian workers in market analysis, particularly for cash preparedness and supply chain planning. The project – implemented by NRC – offers free trainings, a Training of Trainers programme, and coordination efforts in four countries to improve NGO coordination and minimize harm to local markets. It also advocates for increased cash and voucher assistance (CVA), local procurement, and the supply chain’s role in this shift.
